Nationally circulated Entrepreneur Magazine and Franchise Times have named Volvo Rents to their annual “best-of” lists for 2007. Volvo Construction Equipment Rents Inc. (Volvo Rents) is the only construction equipment rental company to make either list.
Recognized by entrepreneurs and franchisors as the most comprehensive listing available, Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 in its January 2008 issue reveals for the 29th straight year the latest top-ranking franchise companies in the nation. Together, the companies ranked generated a total of $305 billion in revenue worldwide. Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 issue hits newsstands on Dec. 25, 2007. Volvo Rents ranked 357 out of the 500.
Franchise Times’ annual ranking is based on worldwide system sales for 2006. Volvo Rents was one of 1,000 applicants selected for inclusion. The monthly publication targets 23,000 business owners and senior executives of both franchisor and multi-unit franchisee businesses.
